Marketing No No’s for Idaho Properties with Tenants

My buyers and I were out looking at Idaho Homes for Sale today. I pulled some properties for them and 1 had a “tenant.” That usually puts up red flags in my mind, but the listing agent described the occupants as “great tenants. (more…)
