Boise Idaho Real Estate Market Conditions

According the most recent National Association of Realtors,’ October 2007 report, “The outlook is positive” for the Boise Idaho Real Estate Market. Although home sales are down significantly, prices in general are holding much stronger in the Boise area than other markets. (more…)
