If a buyer initially offers a lowball amount (which they typically will), sellers are offended. This is because most sellers are emotionally attached to their homes (and that’s understandable). Ada County’s Development Services Dept. tracks new construction trends in Boise, Meridian, Garden City, Eagle and Kuna. They found that new construction is slowing down which is great news! This will help stabilize the Boise real estate market and reduce the inventory on homes on the market. (more…)
