Selling Our Own Home
We listed our home in Meridian, Idaho at $275,000 about a month ago. That’s $124 per square foot. You know we’ve only gotten positive feedback, but buyers are still hesitating.
There was a lot of activity for the first 2 weeks and now there’s a lull.
I jumped online and checked out the competition to see if we are still priced right. We do have some wiggle room.
I have it staged and marketed right, so my last resort is to drop the price. I relisted at $265,000 which is about $119 per square foot. Hopefully I will see some more traffic soon!
Meridian Idaho Real Estate is still doing fine in this price range.
