In the Idaho Real Estate Market, the price of a home plays a large role in how quickly it will sell. Take a look at how Idaho RESALE homes did in Ada County, by price range:

The above information is all resale sales in Ada County Idaho obtained from IMLS for Feb 2008.

It’s not surprising the lower price ranges are the strongest. Homes under $200,000 are more affordable and have a larger pool of buyers.

 I’m betting the numbers for March and the summer months will be much stronger for the Idaho housing market.

If you are an Idaho home seller in the resale market, pay attention to the average number of days on the market. If you see that your home is sitting on the market without activity longer than the above numbers, you probably want to make some changes to stay competitive with other sellers.
