Marketing No No’s for Idaho Properties with Tenants
I know I’ll take some heat for this post, but what’s a blog without a bit of controversy.
My buyers and I were out looking at Idaho Homes for Sale today. I pulled some properties for them and 1 had a “tenant.” That usually puts up red flags in my mind, but the listing agent described the occupants as “great tenants.
If the home is going to be trashed with dirty carpets, foul smells, piles of dishes and mess everywhere, maybe it should be called a “fixer-upper” instead. “Great” is hardly the word.
To top it off, the agent has “ownership interest in the property.” Good Grief!
