Selling Like Hot Cakes:

Take a look at the Ratio’s of Sold to Active and see what percent of homes are actually selling in each price range. The bulk of Idaho New Construction buyers are in the $120,000-$250,000 range (550 Active Listings). Even more surprising are the sales for Idaho homes in the $500,000 to $700,000 range (97 Active Listings). These categories have the strongest buyer demand.

 

Homes moving Slowly:

The majority of Ada County new construction homes are in the $250,000 - $499,999 price range (663 Active Listings). These are also the homes that have the smallest percentage sold.
