Lochsa Falls Subdivision makes the best first impression of all Meridian Communities. The landscape surrounding Lochsa Falls captures nature’s beauty. There is a stunning waterfall at the main entrance abundantly landscaped. The appeal of this subdivision can be compared to Two Rivers in Eagle Idaho, except the association fees are less than half in Lochsa Falls.
There is plenty of common area. The subdivision features mature trees in the landscape with Tree-lined Streets, impressive waterfalls throughout the subdivision. It was an “open-subdivision” so every home is uniquely different. There are a diverse amount of builders in the subdivision.

The various phases of Lochsa Falls Subdivision accommodate a large range of home sizes and prices to satisfy various lifestyles and budgets. This community features walking paths, a large covered picnic area, a soccer field and basketball court. The playground areas face a large, towering waterfall in the heart of the community. The only thing this subdivision lacks is a swimming pool.
