I wanted to mention just another reason why investing in Idaho Real Estate is a very good idea: Forbes recognized Boise as the #2 city for business and careers. The Boise Metro area is Number 2 in the national. Now that’s phenomenal.

Forbes calculated Boise Idaho’s standing on a long term basis and rate based on long-term strength. That should turn on a few light bulbs! Real Estate is typically a long-term investment and Idaho’s long-term situation is bright.
According to the 3/20/08 article in the Idaho Statesman, the Associate Editor at Forbes, Kurt Badenhausen, said that Boise is among the top two cities who have held the most consistent rankings.
This news is incredible publicity for Boise and should spark some interest in Boise Real Estate.
