Boise Parade of Homes: Sample the Best of Boise Real Estate!
Every year, the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho puts on the Idaho “Parade of Homes.” The parade of homes is a great opportunity for Staging Ideas, Trend Watching and a great way to view the “best of the best”in today’s Boise Real Estate Market.
This years schedule is as follows:
Dates:
4/26/2008 to 5/11/2008,
Monday through Thursday: 5pm-8pm, Friday: 3pm - 8pm. Saturday & Sunday: Noon - 8pm.
Tickets are $10.00 and are good for every day of the parade.
The parade features homes throughout Idaho including: Boise Real Estate, Garden City Real Estate (Hidden Springs), Eagle Real Estate, Meridian Real Estate, Kuna Real Estate and Nampa Real Estate.
If You Can’t Make it to the Parade:

It’s like walking through the pages of a magazine; you will get a great sense of what colors and patterns go well together. Most, if not all of these homes are professionally staged and decorated.

In many cases, the Parade Home Winners will have the most advanced and current features. It’s not unusual to see something from a parade home become very popular in a year or two.
